Looking for a great company with an opportunity to expand your marketing automation, CRM, analytics and reporting experience? Association Analytics (A2) is seeking an energetic and eager-to-learn sales and marketing operations specialist to join our growing team.

The Sales and Marketing Operations Specialist will be responsible for the management and operations of our sales and marketing platforms that currently include Salesforce, HubSpot and SalesLoft. This role will be the 5th member of the marketing team for our fast-growing company. As we ramp up our marketing campaigns and digital marketing initiatives, we’re excited to bring on a new team member who can support us operationally.

The company headquarters and leadership team are located in Arlington, VA with a hybrid work environment. The senior manager of marketing, to whom this role reports, is based in Gainesville, FL. The preference is for this position to be in proximity to the D.C. or Gainesville areas, however, fully remote is an option for the right candidate.

Sales and Marketing Operations Management
· Own and manage HubSpot, Salesforce and SalesLoft integrations, maintaining standard methodologies for Marketing Automation Platforms and CRMs, including troubleshooting, best practices, naming conventions, list management, workflow building, reporting and dashboard creation.
· Utilize HubSpot for marketing campaign and workflow creation, list management, deliverability, and distribution of emails.
· Utilize Salesforce to pass qualified leads to the sales team via HubSpot campaigns and events.
· Work with sales and marketing teams to define and fine tune MQL and SQL processes and reporting requirements.
· Maintain best in class standards for CAN SPAM & GDPR email compliance.
· Manage the relationship with our data provider, CauseIQ, and work with them to identify new prospects and contacts that meet our segmentation criteria.
· Implement database cleansing and maintenance best practices; make recommendations for additional data sources, as needed.

Reporting & Analysis
· Build and maintain reports and dashboards in HubSpot, Salesforce, Excel (or combination) to best measure campaign performance, MQL generation and funnel conversions.
· Report on email performance metrics, deliverability scores and performance KPIs.
· Analyze reports and performance to discover and share insights.
· Lead a weekly internal data quality meeting and a monthly performance metrics review meeting.

Qualifications
· 1-3 years marketing experience
· 1+ years knowledge/proficiency in email marketing and marketing automation technology required
· 1-3 years knowledge/proficiency with Salesforce and HubSpot preferred
· Advanced knowledge and experience with Microsoft Excel including VLOOKUP, Index Match, COUNTIF, Deduping and manually building dashboards
· Knowledge of marketing/sales operations best practices
· Experience creating campaign and ad-hoc reporting and dashboards
· Experience pulling together data from various sources into dashboards for a complete view
· Must be comfortable and effective in a fast-paced environment
· Strong verbal and written communication skills
· Innate problem-solver who loves data, digging deep to find hidden data issues and insights
· Self-motivated and able to achieve goals with minimal supervision
· Enjoys working both independently and in collaboration with other team members
